ADIOS and AMIGOS (Bidding Farewell to 2016-18 batch)

As a significance, any good thing will lie in its successful completion. The PGDM students of 2016-18 batch successfully completed their 2 years journey at MIME and got ready to move into the next phase of their professional life. To mark significance to the occasion, to recollect the memories and to celebrate the togetherness of two years, the whole MIME fraternity joined PGDM 2017-18 batch students to bid adieu to the graduating students of PGDM 2016-18 batch on 28 March 2018.

Dr. Jitendra Kumar Mishra, Director - MATS Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, (MIME) expressed the confidence in students for their success as professionals. They had imbibed the attitude and value to face any situation in life with strength and courage. He appreciated their contribution to the institute and fellow students. He wished them "Best of Luck" for their future endeavour.

Considering the emotional nature of the occasion, the students had very well planned for the activities to make it interesting and lighter. The function included many games, videos to relish the unforgettable moments spent at MIME, dance performances by juniors and acoustic cover and karaoke performances by both seniors and juniors. The outgoing students shared their learnings, experiences and memories that they have gathered for life at MIME.

The memorable evening also comprised of various games and diverse set of activities like 'Mr and Ms Best Dressed' awarded to Mr. Sai Sankarsh A O and Ms. Sushmitha C M respectively, Mr. Shaik Feroz Basha and Mr Y Kiran Tej were felicitated as 'Best Photographers', Ms. Suchi Jain was identified as 'MIME Nerdo' and on a lighter and a funny note Ms. Kavya S was given the title of 'MIME Foodie'.

All the faculty members shared their teaching experience with the graduating batch and also wished them "Good Luck" for their future endeavour.

Overall, the evening left the students with moist eyes, with mixed emotions of both 'joy of contentment, memories and sorrow of bidding adios and amigos to their batch mates, professors and their life at MIME as MATSONIANS'.
