MATS Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship organized International exposure - Visit to Singapore for the Students of PGDM 2018 – 20 batch on 29 July to 2 August 2018. The visit was designed to offer students an opportunity to interact with people of different nationalities in different cultures. This visit helped the students to complete their certification course from London School of Business and Finance, Singapore. The students had a lively interaction with the Mr. Steve of LSBF. The workshop gave an insight into individual personality, self-awareness program and most importantly the focus was on sharpening leadership skills which help in personality building and skill enhancement tool to the student for their career building.
The students visited Water Treatment Plant as a part of their Industrial Visit. Singapore is the world leader in water management systems with the holistic work of its public utilities agency where a deep 50 - KM pump free sewage systems are built and embedded. The purification of the sea water and making it consumable and the way Singapore uses the water most efficiently was explained very well by the guide at the water treatment plant.
The students were taken to the Monetary Authority of Singapore which gave an insight on the financial policies of Singapore and its implementation on the Economy.
