Annual Management Fest ECLAT-2017

Annual Fest MIME - éclat 2017 was organized by the MATS Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (MIME)


MATS Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (MIME) organized its annual fest MIME éclat 2017 on 5 – 6 April 2017 under the theme "EVRIM SIVIL" which signifies the hard work, dedication, and frugality of the civilized people resulting out of their harmony, order, intelligent cooperation, and toil.

The event offered creative and challenging tasks for the best minds from B-schools to compete and test their mettle on business acumen.

On this occasion, Dr. Jitendra Kumar Mishra, Director - MIME, emphasized that the event offers a unique learning opportunity on account of the scale and complexities involved in it. He appealed to the students to use this opportunity to test their managerial skills and refine it further based on the experiences gained from their participation.

Dr. Chenraj Roychand, Honorable Founder Chairman – JGI Group, in his inaugural session urged the students to participate with a sporting spirit and be a part of their chosen activities without bothering for winning or losing. He called upon the students to carry their experience and learning gained by being a part of the events so as to guide their future endeavors.

"MIME éclat 2017" witnessed the participation from a large number of students representing eminent institutions located across the state. The flagship events “The Best Manager” and “B- Plan” saw the highest participation which brought out the entrepreneurial spirit within the young and budding minds. Participants were enthusiastically engaged both in stimulating as well as fun components of the events. The theme “EVRIL SIVIL- Abridging the Wisdom of Civilizations” was highly appreciated by all the participants.

The two-day annual fest winner for the best manager was Ms. Rusha Susan Thomas from Kristu Jayanti College and the Overall Championship was won by Kristu Jayanti College, Bangalore. The Overall Runner up was National School of Business, Bangalore.

The valedictory session was addressed by the Chief Guest Shri. Vinayak Joshi, Eminent Kannada film actor, Director and Producer, and the Guest of Honor, Dr. Easwaran Iyer, Dean, School of Commerce Studies, Jain University. The participants were overwhelmed by the hospitality and conduct of events.
