The process focuses on the all-round development of students and a fruitful movement of students from campus to corporate.
Semester / Term Commencement: Sharing of subjects, syllabus & course plan with students
Classes commencement (regular classroom teaching based on the syllabus)
Student mentoring for future placement starts / Industry Insights: Awareness of Market Opportunities & Job Profile Descriptions
Sharing of Job Description Grid across
Sharing of Industries and Companies that visited the campus for recruitment process in the immediate preceding years
Student mentoring continues – open forum discussion on industry trends, hiring process, employer expectations across product knowledge and skills
Placement Week & Train the Brain – Orientation from industry partners begins; first-hand information from across industries & job profiles (Typical industries viz. Career Opportunities in Taxation by Deloitte India; Career Opportunities in Hospitality industry by Sell Well; Career Opportunities in Banking & Financial Services by AK Capital Services; Expectations on industry from management graduates from Videocon Inds. etc.)
Specialization Mapping – students are allowed to decide their specialization based on the job grid whether student wants to take-up marketing, finance, HR or operation types of jobs
Skill Assessment: The process of assessment across skills such as Personality, English, Presentation, Aptitude, Communication and Technical begins to assess the student’s present skill levels and capabilities
Skill Development – Along with classroom teaching of the syllabus, students would be put on skill training based on the assessment results

Students are clear about their future job requirements, know their knowledge & skill gaps in terms of their capabilities and begin their quest from Sem or Term 2 to acquire the desired skill sets and product knowledge
Semester / Term Commencement: Sharing of subjects, syllabus & course plan with students
Classes commencement (regular classroom teaching based on the syllabus)
Students are now put in groups based on the subject specialization or job description selection, such as Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations Group; the student groups would be across sections bundled into Specialization Groups
Understanding and mapping of common areas of interest within the groups and start assessing the training & development needs
Training based on the specifics would commence (English language, Aptitude, Subject specific such as taxation, auditing, recruitment & selection and so on)
(End of Semester or Term 2)
More clarity on the future job profiles emerges making students more confident and job-readiness
(Suitable specializations have been chosen by students prior to the commencement of this semester / term)
Semester / Term Commencement: Sharing of subjects, syllabus & course plan with students
Specialization based segregation of students and commencement of classes (regular classroom teaching based on the syllabus)
Intensive learning by students commences with alignment to the specific industry
Certification Exams (necessary exam fee to be paid by the students) begins – British English Communication or BEC; NCFM from NSE, Microsoft Office from Microsoft etc. would commence after necessary registrations and training
Mentoring of students continue
Live Projects / Desk Projects (in conjunction with the industry)
Internship tenure commences (period of 8 weeks)
Submission of Internship Project Report
(End of Semester or Term 3)
Student’s preparation as per the industry requirement intensifies

Placement activity culminates
